The Pincushion Cottage is located in the garden & adjacent to the swimming pool, the ground floor unit of TWO apartments. This unit has another cottage above and you may hear FOOTSTEPS due to the timber floor of the upstairs unit. Complete with a solar and full battery setup for uninterrupted relaxation during load-shedding. Surrounded by mountain contour paths, cliff paths, and beaches, our cottage promises a peaceful, comfortable, and safe stay. The space We have an EXTENSIVE SOLAR and battery backup system, which allows up to be independent of the power utility supplier. Situated in Voelklip, an area with numerous swimming beaches. Some large and sandy and others - hidden coves - all within a comfortable 15-minute walk from the cottage. You will have access to a spacious & lush garden surrounding the swimming pool area. Go and lie on the lawn, or sit at the giant picnic table under the trees. There are 4 comfortable sunloungers and large umbrellas on the sundeck for your exclusive enjoyment. You are invited to kick off your shoes, pick up your book, and relax. Guest access Private access through a sliding car gate onto the property into the garden. We have parking in a secure area for two cars. Perimeter wall and electric sliding gate. Please share your estimated arrival time, I will be here to meet you in person. It has a cute kitchenette, equipped with a microwave oven, induction hob, kettle, toaster, crockery & cutlery, and an important Bodum French Coffee press as well as an NESPRESSO coffee maker. I also supply a couple of little "spoiler" items for your enjoyment.
