Single room in basement near the University

Feel at home and stay in our basement. Close to university, center, hospital, river and more. You rent your own small bedroom that is delimited to the other areas with a drape. We also rent out another room in the basement, and you share the entrance and the common areas with that tenant, i.e. simple kitchen, toilet, and bathroom with shower, bathtub and sauna and a separate basement entrance. Please note that we organize dance classes two evenings a week in the basement. The space Hi! We are a family renting out rooms in our basement. You rent a bedroom of 8 square meters with a 90 cm wide bed, which is separated from the other spaces with a curtain. You have access to a simpler kitchen, toilet, and bathroom with shower, bathtub and sauna. The kitchen has a fridge, freezer, countertop dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, stove, source sorting option, as well as a basic range of kitchen utensils in general. We also rent out another room in the basement, and you then share the common areas with that tenant. Tuesdays and Wednesdays 6-9 pm, we organize dance classes in the basement, and the course participants will then use the toilet, kitchen and living room. There is a separate basement entrance with a tag to the door so you can come and go as you wish. The distance to the university is 2 km (about a 20-minute walk) and to the city center 3.4 km. The local bus stop is a 5-minute walk away. It is possible to borrow the laundry room by agreement. Wi-Fi included. Bed linen and towels can be rented for SEK 50/person per week. Parking is available near the property in the form of free street parking at designated areas. Extra elements are in the bedroom.
