Quiet, private, near Pompadour

The space The cottage is fully equipped and it is light and modern, but certainly atmospheric because the old elements have been kept in place. You can stay with 2 people, but up to 6 people is no problem. On the ground floor is the living room with open kitchen. The atmospheric wood-burning stove provides warmth in the colder months, and there are also electric heaters to make it comfortable. In the kitchen you will find everything you need for a holiday with ease. A small dishwasher, water boiler, coffee maker, oven and microwave, ample crockery and cutlery. If the weather is bad, and you have finished reading your books, you can always turn on the TV or play a game. We offer English, French and Dutch channels via satellite. There are 3 bedrooms, one of which is spacious on the ground floor with a queen-size bed (160*200). The 2 other bedrooms are on the 1st floor, 1 with 2 single beds, and 1 with a double bed (160*200 which can also be made up as 2 single beds). The mattresses and bed linen are anti-allergic. On both floors there is a bathroom with WC. The bathroom on the ground floor also has a washing machine. The beds are made according to your wishes (single duvet or double) and of course towels and kitchen linen are present. Please bring your own bath towels for the deck chairs and the swimming pool. The cottage is suitable for people from about 8 years. There is a cot and high chair available for the very small ones, but there are no additional child facilities such as stair gates, toys etc. If you come alone with your partner, you will enjoy an adult only holiday, and if you come alone with your own little ones, you will only enjoy them. Pets are not allowed. Day-visitors (until 8pm) will be discussed prior to booking, a fee may be charged. No events and parties. Guest access There is plenty of free parking on the premises. Motorbikes can be stored in the barn. Other things to note The gite is less suitable for children. There is a cot and high chair for the little ones available, but there is no stair gate, toys etc.
