Sonnenseite is ideal for families with children and friends due to its spaciousness. Every apartment unit contains a separate patio and can be pleasantly inhabited alone or in couples. The courtyard with a beautiful sea view is entwined with flowers. The spacious terrace offers individual seating comfort and sun loungers. Hugh old oak trees give shade for relaxation. Impressive landscapes, crystal clear waters, beautiful beaches, sun and tranquillity in all seasons. The space Our three apartments are equipped with kitchen and bathroom. The cosy living room has a sofa that can be converted into a double bed if required The kitchens are fully equipped with stove, fridge, kettle, toaster, coffee and eating utensils, pots and pans. Here you can easily prepare your own Mediterranean cuisine with fresh herbs from our garden. The separate bedroom offers restful sleep for up to 3 people. The tiled spacious bathroom is equipped with shower and toilet. All apartments have separate canopied terraces. Two more bedrooms are optionally available. Guest access Also somewhat apart from the main house is a 25 sqm seminar and action room, which was completed in 2011. It is equipped with a wooden floor and fully opening front side. A pergola offers the necessary shade on the terrace - protected and open at the same time. Other things to note Our holiday home "Sonnenseite" is located in Greece on the Peloponnese peninsula. The Peloponnese is one of the most mountainous regions of Europe. Miles of sandy beaches, rocky coves and crystal clear waters are ubiquitous. The central finger of the Peloponnese is dominated by the mighty Taygetos Mountains. The "Prophet Elias" peak between Kalamata and Sparta is the highest mountain in the Peloponnese with its 2407m. At the foot of these mountains lies the port city of Gythio. From here it is about 20 km to Skoutari the target of the travel. Enjoy swimming and sunbathing at the various beaches, pebble bays with white or black stones in the near surroundings.
