Apartment Altaussee 1 with garden

Our newly renovated, beautiful house in the traditional architectural style is located in the middle of the picturesque climatic health resort of Altaussee, 500 m from the lake and 5-10 minutes by car from the ski resort, Narzissenbad, golf course and Bad Aussee with train station and other shopping facilities. Apartment 1 is on the ground floor with garden access and terrace and is ideal for 2 adults (bedroom with 2 single beds put together) and 2 children or teenagers (small bedroom with bunk bed). The space The 80 m² garden apartment (Ap1) can accommodate 4 people, ideal for 2 adults and 2 children (bunk bed). The apartment has a large living room with open kitchen and direct access to the garden. Pets are not allowed, no exceptions!! Please don't smoke in the apartment and use slippers! For all guests over the age of 15, local taxes of €3.50/night apply. Please let us know the exact number and age of guests at the time of booking. After confirming the booking, we will request the local taxes individually via Airbnb. If possible, we will try to allow an earlier check-in or later check-out. We prepare all the necessary beds with bedding and provide towels for each guest. Please bring your own bath towels for the lake. We rent on a self-catering basis. For hygienic reasons, we do not leave any basic foods such as salt, pepper, oil in the house. However, some guests leave these in the apartment. You are welcome to use it if there is something there. However, this does not come from us and we cannot assume any liability in this regard. It is best - if you cook yourself - that you take everything you need with you or buy it locally. For the first few days we prepare toilet paper in the toilet. Guest access Apartment 1 has its own entrance. All rooms (living room, well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom with bathtub and washing machine, separate toilet) are located in the ground-floor apartment. You have additional direct access to the garden and terrace. We offer the guests of apartment 1 a free parking space for one car, either on the property or in the immediate vicinity, about 50 m away, depending on whether the other apartment is occupied. We will then send the exact information by email. Other things to note The lake with fantastic coves is a 5-10 min walk, as is a playground, tennis courts, in winter the ice rink. The ski resort is 5 minutes away by car (door to door!). A beautiful 9-hole golf course, the Narzissen-Therme and the spa town of Bad Aussee are also just a few minutes away by car. In the high season, we prefer to rent our apartments for whole weeks (arrival/departure on Saturday). The accommodation price is inclusive of 10% VAT. In addition, there are the costs of the final cleaning and the municipal taxes of daily. EUR 3.50 (from 12/01/2026: EUR 4.80) for each guest over 15 years old. As soon as we have the age and number of guests, we request the municipal taxes via the AirBnB app.
