Apartment Altaussee 1 with garden

Our beautiful house, built in a traditional style, is located in the centre of the picturesque spa town of Altaussee, 500 metres from the lake and 5–10 minutes by car from the ski area, the Narzissenbad spa, the golf course and Bad Aussee, which has a train station and other shopping options. Apartment 1 is located on the ground floor with garden access and a terrace and is ideal for 2 adults (bedroom with a large double bed) and 2 children or teenagers (small bedroom with a bunk bed). The space The 80 m² garden apartment (Ap1) can accommodate 4 people, making it ideal for 2 adults and 2 children/teenagers (bunk bed). The apartment has a large living room with an open kitchen and direct access to the garden. Pets are not allowed under any circumstances!! Please do not smoke in the apartment and wear slippers! Local taxes of €3.80/night apply to all guests over the age of 15. Please let us know the exact number and age of guests when booking. Once the booking has been confirmed, we will then request the local taxes individually via Airbnb. We try to accommodate early check-in or late check-out whenever possible. We prepare all the beds needed with bed linen and provide towels for each guest. However, please bring your own bath towels for the lake. We rent on a self-catering basis. For hygiene reasons, we don't leave basic foodstuffs such as salt, pepper and oil in the house ourselves. However, some guests leave them in the apartment. You are welcome to help yourself if there is anything there. However, these items do not come from us, and we cannot accept any liability in this regard. Therefore, if you plan to cook yourself, it is best to bring everything you need with you or to buy it locally. We provide toilet paper in the toilets for the first few days. Guest access Apartment 1 has its own entrance. All rooms (living room, well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom with bathtub and washing machine, separate toilet) are located in the ground-floor apartment. However, there are 2 steps into the house and individual steps within the apartment, which is why it is not completely accessible. You also have direct access to the garden and the terrace. We offer guests in Apartment 1 a free parking space for one car, either directly on the property or in the immediate vicinity, about 50 metres away, depending on whether we are currently using the apartment upstairs ourselves. We will then send the exact information by email. Other things to note The lake with its stunning bays is a 5-10-minute walk away, as are a playground, tennis courts and, in winter, the ice rink. The ski area is 5 minutes away by car (door to door!). A beautiful 9-hole golf course, the Narzissen Thermal Spa and the spa town of Bad Aussee are also just a few minutes away by car. During the peak season, we prefer to rent out our apartments for whole weeks (arrival/departure day on Saturday). The price per night includes 10% VAT. In addition, there are the costs of the final cleaning and the municipal taxes of €3.80 per guest over 15 years of age. Once we have the ages and number of guests, we will collect the municipal taxes via the Airbnb app.
