Apartment Altaussee 1 with garden

Our newly renovated, beautiful house in the traditional architectural style is located in the middle of the picturesque climatic spa town of Altaussee, 500m from the lake and 5-10 minutes by car from the ski area, daffodil bath, golf course and Bad Aussee with train station and other shopping facilities. Apartment 1 is located on the ground floor with garden access and terrace and is ideal for 2 adults (bedroom with 2 single beds put together) and 2 children or teenagers (small bedroom with bunk bed). The space The 80m² garden apartment (Ap1) sleeps 4 persons, ideal for 2 adults and 2 children (bunk bed). The apartment has a large living room with open kitchen and direct access to the garden. Pets are not allowed without exception!! Please don't smoke in the apartment and use slippers! For all guests over the age of 15, local taxes of €3.50/night apply. Please let us know the exact number and age of guests when you book. After confirming the booking, we will request the local taxes individually via Airbnb. If possible, we try to provide an earlier check-in or later check-out. We prepare all the necessary beds with linens and provide towels for each guest. Please bring your own bath towels for the lake. We rent on a self-catering basis. For hygienic reasons, we do not even leave basic foods such as salt, pepper, oil in the house. However, some guests leave these in the apartment. You are welcome to help yourself if something is there. However, this does not come from us and we cannot assume any liability in this regard. It is best - if you cook yourself - that you take everything you need with you or buy it on site. For the first few days, we prepare toilet paper in the toilet. Guest access Apartment 1 has an independent entrance. All rooms (living room, well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom with bathtub and washing machine, separate toilet) are located in the ground floor apartment. You will have additional direct access to the garden and terrace. We offer the guests of apartment 1 a free parking space for one car, either on the property or in the immediate vicinity, about 50m away, depending on whether the other apartment is occupied. We will then send the exact information by email. Other things to note The lake with fantastic coves is a 5-10 min walk, as is a playground, tennis courts, in winter the ice rink. The ski resort can be reached in 5 minutes by car (door to door!). A beautiful 9-hole golf course, the Narcissus spa and the spa town of Bad Aussee are also only a few minutes away by car. In high season we rent our apartments preferably for whole weeks (arrival/departure day on Saturday). The overnight price includes 10% sales tax. In addition, there are the costs of the final cleaning and the municipal taxes of daily EUR 3.50 for each guest over 15 years old. Once we have the age and number of guests, we will request the community fees via the AirBnB app.
