The Dennis Houses & Studios are located in Tsilivi. The complex is located opposite of the Dennis Taverna, run by the owners of the studios, that serves excellent traditional Zakynthian dishes. You will have have an amazing time with the hospitable owners. The beach of Tsilivi is 2.2 km away, while the center of Tsilivi is just 750m away. Zakynthos town is in the distance of 5km while the airport is 7km away. The space There are 2 renovated studios for 2-3 guests, that have all the facilities you need for a comfortable stay. They consist of a double bed and a single bed, and if you have the wish to have 3 single beds, Dennis will grant it! There is a kitchen with all the facilities to cook your meals (and if you’re not in the mood to cook, you just cross the street!) and a private bathroom. Of course there is air-condition to cool down after a day in the Greek sun. Dennis also has 2 houses named after his children Spyros and Spyridoula. Spyridoula can accommodate up to 7 guests in 3 different bedrooms. It has a fully equipped kitchen to practice your cooking skills with the local products, a bathroom and a balcony all around the house, so that you can find shade at every moment of the day. For your comfort, everything is located on one floor. Other things to note You can enjoy your rich breakfast, consisting of enough food to keep you full for the day, at Dennis Tavern on extra charge. The house is cleaned before the reservation, if the guests want the house cleaned during their stay it is a extra fee of 20 euros.
