The space BEDROOMS A single sleeping space. Upgraded with a comfortable queen bed included. BATHROOM One bathroom separated neatly with a roomy shower joined to the bedroom. We provide a hair dryer, extra towels, spare linens, and essential toiletries. KITCHEN This open-style kitchen comes fully stocked with full-sized appliances. Enjoy preparing a wonderful home cooked meal :) PORCH Spacious porch to unwind beneath an arbor featuring cozy seating. Stays available here are fewer than many other river villas, ensuring your cottage experience offers maximum privacy. This creates generous calm and peaceful surroundings. CHILL AREA We created a warm corner to read, enjoy board games, or simply fall asleep. This area is located on the first floor. You will need to use the spiral staircase to reach this relaxing section. PETS We welcome pets and are happy when guests bring their fur companions. We charge a small additional fee for pets. It’s required to cover the extra cleaning needed when an animal stays inside the home! The property remains fully secured, so there is nothing to worry about. GUEST ACCESS Feel free to enjoy anything placed in the home, we only request you return items to their original spot afterward. SECURITY The property sits in a very safe location for travellers. My family also lives right next to the villa. LOCATION The property sits centrally in Kerala, close to major tourist hotspots like Munnar, Alappuzha, and Fort Kochi (each about two hours from the property). You can conveniently visit these destinations as day trips while avoiding busy tourist crowds. Nearest airport: Cochin International Airport (COK) – 42kms. Nearest railway stations: Ernakulam Junction (ERS) and Thrippunithura (TRTR). Cabs are available on request. For car or bike rentals, we suggest arranging pickup from the arrival airport or railway station to ensure smooth travel and easy access during your stay at the villa every day. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property. This is not a shared property or room in a home . The entire property is exclusive for the booked guest. No sharing. Max number of guest is 2 adults. We donot recommend property for couple with kids. Other things to note For laundry, just connect with our caretaker during check-in. We offer complimentary laundry service on alternate days. Please note: the washing machine is kept at the unit and not inside the main building. For meals, you’ll have three easy options: • Charming local restaurants and a bakery, all within a short walk. • Swiggy and Zomato both deliver right to the property. • Prefer cooking? The kitchen is fully equipped, and groceries are available just a few minutes away on foot.
