1,500 sq ft cabin, 500 sq ft sunroom, 2 tier deck, large yard with 2 fire pits (1 in the yard, 1 on the beach). 3 bedrooms (king, 2 queens) plus loft (double futon and bunk beds) 1 full bath with washer and dryer. Kids area in the loft (TV and Wii). West facing with beautiful sunsets. Wood burning fireplace. Firewood included. Winter: Skating rink on the lake in front of the cabin (weather dependent) and ice fishing shack available for use. Sorry no pets The space Amenities: 2 docks (1 is a floating dock), high speed internet, cell booster, A/C, HD Bell satellite TV, Apple TV, BBQ, 2 kids kayaks, hot tub During your stay, you’ll have access to condiments, spices, drinking water and a full service kitchen (coffeemaker, coffee, tea, slow cooker). Blackout blinds in every bedroom. The cabin has a small septic tank for sewage and graywater. Please be mindful not to use a lot of water (i.e. short showers). Bed linens are provided. Bring beach towels and water shoes as the lake is a little rocky. NO diving from dock on the beach or floating dock. Long term rental with garage storage available. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire main cottage and small shed. Other things to note No pets. No parties and no smoking inside the cottage. Families and professionals only. We do not accept group bookings so please don’t ask. Due to the remote location, there are two security cameras on site. One is on the doorbell facing the road and backyard. The second can be turned off during your stay and is facing the beach and front yard. Very important, especially this year that guests follow all fire burn restrictions that are in place at the time of your stay. We often use the cottage ourselves between rentals. Guests will notice some personal items we leave behind for our own convenience. The fridge in the kitchen will be cleaned out with the exception of condiments, and we are happy for you to use anything you may need. The pantry will have our personal dry goods (not for renter use). However, there will be one large shelf cleared out for your needs.
