Things have been tough financially, for everybody… So we have have reduced our prices to help guests to get away. You deserve a break. Opposite Blenheim Beach at the leafy end of Vincentia. Walk 2 minutes and the sand is between your toes or a bush walk through Jervis Bay National Park to Hyams Beach, boasting the whitest sand in the world. Fully equipped kitchen - includes basic supplies. For your family and friends to unwind and create some lasting memories. The space Sit back, relax on the large outdoor deck as you prepare that barbeque feast while listening to the waves of the beach gently roll in. Have a game of ping pong or darts down in the games room. Stroll along the foreshore exploring the ocean rock formations. Take a morning coffee over to the beach for a stroll and catch the stunning sunrise. Guest access The whole house is yours to enjoy. The home is cosy and warm in winter with gas heating and thermal insulation throughout the ceiling spaces. With a north aspect there is lots of sun hitting the outdoor deck, both covered and uncovered. We provide all guests with their own personal access code and usual check in and out are 2pm and 10am respectively. This can be flexible depending on availability. Other things to note Base nightly rate includes for up to 4 guests. Additional guests are $40 pp per night. Infants are $20 pp per night. We provide full linen with quality sheets and bath towels to all guests. Note: linen includes us making all the beds you require with 2 sheets, 2-4 pillow cases, supplying bath towels, hand towels and face washers for all. Just remember to bring your beach towels. Once you book will contact you by phone to ensure you are comfortable with your booking. A travel cot and high chair are available at no additional cost. Spare blankets and dooners are provided. AirBnB take and hold a $600 refundable damage payment. Once the home has been checked and found to be in the same condition to which it was presented, AirBnB will refund this 1 week after your stay.
