Bathroom includes a sink, a shower and restroom. You will get clean linens and towels. Each bedroom is furnished with double side bed (Master bedroom - Queen Size Bed and other bedroom Full Size Bed), , closet, Heat / Air condition, Computer Desk and windows. In the living room, there is a sofa that can be converted to a bed, coffee table, flat LCD TV hang on the wall The utilities aren't included in the monthly rent and run for $300/Month. Please take note of the following details before booking: Utilities such as electricity, gas, Wi-Fi, and streaming Roku TV are not included in the monthly rent and will cost $300 per month (between June 1st - October 1st, utilities are $350 per month). The payment should be made through the Airbnb Resolution Center on a monthly basis. Enjoy the convenience of a Roku Streaming Box with complimentary access to Netflix. For some cases between June 1st - September 1st, a minimum stay of 90 days may be required. To ensure a smooth check-in process, please coordinate your arrival time in advance, at least 72 hours prior to check-in. For last-minute bookings, please provide advance notice of a few hours. Please be aware that a late check-in fee of $50 will be charged for arrivals after 10 PM, and a fee of $100 will be charged for arrivals after midnight. All pets must be approved in advance, and there is a pet fee ranging from $200 to $300. While access to the mailbox is not guaranteed, you can receive packages without any issue. We periodically update and refresh the furniture and decor, so there might be a small discrepancy between the online photos and the actual look of the apartment.
