Our family-owned College Inn is an authentic European-style hotel in the heart of Seattle's vibrant University District & on the campus of the University of Washington, surrounded by restaurants, shops, cafes, and pubs. Newly remodeled in 2019, our guests enjoy modern comforts while in a hotel that is on the National Register of Historic Places. *In the tradition of "European-style" hotels, we have a shared kitchen, complimentary coffee & tea, and a Loft common area. The space Our most recently updated Premium 2 Queen Bed Hotel Room with: - Private bathroom (shower, toilet, & vanity) - Free high-speed WiFi - Shared kitchen - Loft common area for socializing or studying with complimentary coffee and tea all day; and - A fully non smoking establishment Guest access In addition to your private Premium 2 Queen Bed guestroom, we have a shared kitchen, and a Loft common area on the 4th floor where guests can socialize, study, or relax over a free cup of coffee or tea any time. Other things to note Our historic hotel does not have an elevator or air conditioning units inside the room unfortunately. Guest rooms are located on the 2nd and 3rd floors (US), and the Loft common area is located on the 4th floor. Parking: The hotel does not have on-site parking. But there are several nearby options including: -Commercial parking for $15/day - Nearby parking garages - Metered on-street parking, which is free from 8pm - 8am, and on Sundays and Holidays. - Plus some free on-street parking a little further away - We have multiple rooms of the same room type.
