Our vacation home along Maya Maya Drive, Natipuan, Batangas is nestled on a gentle cliff 270 feet above sea level with spectacular views of the coves of Natipuan, Kawayan & Canyon. To ensure the quality of our villa is maintained to high standards, we require a full service team on site. Our team consists of 2 multi-task cooks, 2 multi-task servers and 3 multi-task housekeeping. We have an additional back-up team at Angelfields (nature sanctuary) who may provide additional support if needed. Your complimentary breakfast is made possible by having this team present and on site. Choices for your complimentary breakfast are: a. Beef Tapa b. Crispy Bacon c. Boneless smoked crispy bangus (milkfish) d. chorizo Dumaguete hubad (no casing) w your choice of starch (rice or pancakes) and eggs done your way. Towels & all beddings are provided. Rooms are cleaned daily. Extra towels and pillows can be requested from our staff. There are swimming pool towels available at the cabana. Basic toiletries are available (hand soap, body wash, shampoo & conditioners). We provide distilled water and ensure the replenishment of water dispensers. We avoid single use plastic containers and provide re-fillable water glass containers in each room. We encourage you to bring your own water bottles. We purchase distilled water (Wilkins or Absolute) and these are available at our water dispensers. Our ala carte menu (all day dinning menu) is available from 12:00 noon till dinner 8:30 pm. Our Cucina Bernardo can prepare something special (birthday or anniversary or even an intimate wedding at the villa). If you desire to have extended hours of dinning and bar service we can adjust to your preference, kindly notify us in advance. As we have varied dinning options, we would like to know your meal plans at least a week before your arrival. We plan our kitchen work-shift schedules aligned to your situation, and if you plan to order most of your food from our kitchen, we will stock up on fresh supplies. We understand some of our guest prefer to bring some or all of their food/beverage & cook in our facility. We have chiller and freezer space anticipated for guests who choose this kind of service. If you decide to bring your own food & beverage, rather than work on corkage fee’s we have chosen a simpler route/formula to defray the cost of our full service team. Our kitchen equipment is more commercial than residential. Our high pressure cookers, exhaust system and fresh air intake require that our staff be present and assist you if you choose to cook your meals. This ensures the safety for all concerned. In addition our full service team wash the pots, pans, dishes, glasses, utensils. If you choose to bring food and beverage the service fee includes the use of our glassware, cookware, plates, utensils, etc. Our full service team, if you desire may go to the wet market and purchase fresh seafood and cook this to your desire ( we have a service fee for the transportation and manpower). If you decide to go the route of not ordering from our ala carte menu, we have the following fee’s to defray the cost of our full service team: FULL COOKING & SERVICE FEE: PHP 185 pesos per head per meal applies. Our cooks prepare and cook the meals (food) you have brought. A meal may be several items (starch, vegetables, meat and/or fish). The cooking & service fee includes all the collective items for lunch or for dinner, it represents all the processes and activities involved from the arrival and storage of your food & beverages in our chillers and freezers; preparation, cooking, dishwashing, electrical, gas, water and labor components. Re-heating & Assisted Service Fee. PHP 125 pesos per head per meal applies. Our cooks will assist and provide support if you decide to cook your own meals or bring your own cook, or if you wish to serve food that has been cooked and requires RE-HEATING (steam cooking, oven reheating or baking). Our kitchen team operate the equipment for the safety of all concerned. They maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen. The service fee represents all the processes and activities involved from the arrival and storage of your food & beverages in our chillers and freezers, dishwashing, electrical, gas, water and labor components. c. If you wish to re-heat foods in our MICROWAVE, this is complimentary and no charges will apply.
