Bright & Spacious Loft

Bright & spacious second floor duplex with loft space. The space Guests will use the spiral staircase to access the spacious second floor loft space that features a queen bed and skylights. (Guests are welcome to leave their luggage in the living room if it is too burdensome to carry their bags to the loft!) Although the loft does have curtains that can be closed to create privacy, the space is not enclosed, as it has railings that overlook the lower level, so please be advised, sound and light does travel. One mile from downtown WP & train station. Centrally located near major highways. Parking: Please advise if you will have a vehicle with you, during your stay. Please note a large vehicle (truck/van) will not fit. *THERE IS NO OVERNIGHT STREET PARKING IN THE CITY OF WHITE PLAINS* Guest access Guests will have access to shared Kitchen, shared Diningroom, shared Livingroom (w/ TV), shared updated bathroom and loft. Please refrain from sleeping in the livingroom, as this is a shared space. Guests are NOT permitted to have guests who were not part of the original reservation in the house. During your stay I will likely be home during your stay, but do make an effort to be scarce and give guests space/ privacy. I am always available thru the app, via text or phone when needed. Please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions or concerns! I have a dog who will be present during your stay, but will either be out with me or locked in the master bedroom. You will only see her, if at all, when we are coming in/ going out.
