Urban Chic Studio: Central, Mins to Beach/Shopping

The studio, offers a unique, recently constructed, tastefully designed and styled, self contained, apartment set within a century old heritage listed terrace house. The studio unit offers a comfortable double bed with full linen, bamboo wardrobe, tv and cow chair ottoman. All white, kitchenette with marble bench top, is fully equipped, and has a microwave oven , portable cook top, and appliances. The unit has a private modern shower bathroom , a shared laundry, with a washer and dryer The space Access into the studio unit is via the front entrance into the property. The studio is private and self contained with a modern kitchen and modern bathroom. Enjoy the luxury space of the sleeping area with beautiful white linen, and a canopy steel frame double size bed for your comfort. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave oven, portable induction cooktop stove, cooking utensils, oils, and pots and pans. Shampoo, body wash and toilet paper is provided. The city centre is a short 11 minute stroll away, or take a bus, train or tram from down the street. We are in close proximity to Darling Harbour convention centre, China town, The Queen Victoria Building and the Art Gallery of New South Wales. We will mostly be on site and able to help out if there is an answer to a question or a service we can provide. Guest access Guests have access to the share modern laundry which includes a washer and dryer for use during their stay. Please limit the use to once per week. HOURS OF USE: 10AM - 7PM only! Other things to note The studio, is one of 3 units, each individually self contained and located within a Century old Heritage listed Victorian terrace house which has recently undergone an internal only transformation. We are minutes to the city central. Accessible by foot, train, bus or tram. The city can be reached within an 11minute walk into the heart of town. Parking permits are available for stays of 3 nts or more at a cost of $22 per day. This allows you to park directly out the front of the property unlimited. Minimum of 3 days permits.
