Five bikes (2 men’s & 3 women’s), beach cart w/ beach chairs & toys in garage. Outdoor shower in beautiful and peaceful backyard with fruit trees and fountain. 2 quiet blocks to the beach. Walk to restaurants & Cocoa Beach pier. The space This is not a place for parties. It’s a quiet duplex on a quiet street. Smoke free home and back yard. Beautiful kitchen fully furnished so you can share family meals. A Keurig with many types of coffee choices, and filtered water at the fridge will welcome you. Large living room with Roku TV, DVDs and Netflix. Large master bedroom with queen bed plus a desk for our long term guests . There is also another smaller but comfy bedroom with queen bed and DVR player. Only one bathroom, but it is renovated, clean and stocked with shampoo, soap, hair dryer, flat iron and towels. Back yard is beautiful with fruit trees, water feature, fire pit and patio seating under a pergola. Figs, cherries, bananas, avocado, lemons, limes and grapefruit are yours to eat when ripe! Small charcoal grill is in the back yard. Child's Pack N Play and play mat, plus children’s books for little ones are in the closet. Guest access This half duplex is all yours to use. Big washer and dryer near kitchen. Soap pods and dryer sheets are stocked. There is a nice outside shower to wash off when you come back from the beach. For those with more than one car or towing a boat, each side of the duplex has 18 feet width and 30 feet from eaves to street for their personal parking area. Other things to note This is our little piece of paradise. You will love it! My "Guidebook" gives you a number of options for dining and playing.
