In a beautiful 3 ha area, surrounded by forest. 2 km from the village of Chalus with bakeries, supermarket and restaurants. Located in the Green Perigord with many villages with character and conducive to outdoor activities. Baby bed upon request. The space Elegant style room with high ceiling and original beam. Bedroom with private bathroom, double bed, wardrobe and 2 chairs. Guest access In the breakfast room you'll find a fridge, kettle, and microwave available for guests staying in the guest rooms. Parking on the grounds. Access to the terrace, pool, garden and forest. For children: trampoline and swing. Other things to note The room is on an estate with 3 cottages, guest rooms and the owners' house. In total we have 3 bedrooms for 2 people, each with a private shower and toilet. All bedrooms are on the first floor, accessible by a staircase. The heated swimming pool is accessible to visitors to the estate (April-October). Sauna on site, by reservation.
