Clean bed sheets and towels are provided at your check-in. Linens are changed 2 days once for guests staying for a week or more. This place is also ideal and affordable for people coming for official work as most of software companies are around. Walking distance to restaurants, banks, library, grocery stores, parks, ATM's etc.. We can help you get taxis/cab while you are here. Also ideal for travelers on vacation/ business.. Guest access Independent entry to the room .. guests have access to a Huge common balcony where the main road can be seen. Wireless Internet ( 4G ), Power Supply, Safe and Secure living spaces with Security Guard & CCTV protection. During your stay I will be available on phone. my co-host will help you during your stay and my caretaker will be there for check in process Other things to note ❄️🚫 No Air Conditioning This property does not have air conditioning but offers excellent ventilation and natural light. A fan is provided to ensure a comfortable stay, even during summer months. 🔕 Noise Policy As the property is located in a multi-story residential building, guests are kindly requested to keep noise levels low to avoid disturbing neighbors. 🪪 ID Proof Requirement A valid government-issued ID proof is mandatory for all guests at the time of check-in. Guests without proper identification will not be permitted to check in. 👥 Visitors & Extra Guests Guests must inform us in advance if they plan to bring additional guests. Unauthorized visitors are not allowed unless pre-approved by the host. 🧑‍🔧 Housekeeping & Cleaning Basic cleaning services are provided by our staff. We are committed to resolving them promptly. 📦 Delivery & Visitor Policy For security and privacy reasons, visitors and delivery personnel are not permitted inside the home.
