Apartment is located on the 4th floor of a newly built 7 floor building in the very heart of Tbilisi. Free private parking is available on the -1 floor. The only shared area is the lobby on the ground floor and parking on -1 floor. From 6pm till 9am guard will be on the ground floor. Airport shuttle can be provided upon request (additional charge USD 20). Cleaning can as well be provided upon request (additional charge USD 15) The space Apartment is quite big, Studio + kitchen 42m², Bedroom 15m², balcony with a nice view 11m² (with outdoor table and chairs), bathroom 4m². Guest access Apartment is excellent for a family as well as a business traveler, as it is equipped with all necessary commodities. Apartment provides free WI-Fi, air conditioning, fridge, electric kettle, flat-screen smart TV, towels, linen, hairdryer, soap, kitchenette, iron and ironing table. Other things to note Apartment is non-smoking. Smoking is allowed only on the Balcony with nice views and outdoor furniture, total space 12m². Pets are not allowed.
