TPT license #21535149 The space We have set up a comfortable living space, with a kitchen stocked with basic essentials, a queen bed in bedroom 1, a queen bed in bedroom 2, and a sleeper sofa available in the living area. A pack n play is available in the closet if needed. The entire units' FLOORING IS COLORED CONCRETE . There is no carpet, only an area rug and kitchen rugs. There is wireless internet and a tv that has access to Netflix. Please note this is a downstairs unit which is accessed down a set of stairs from the street level. If you have difficulty with stairs be aware there are approximately 5 steps down from the street level to access the house. *There is no shared living areas between units. However, they do connect at the ceiling. FOOTSTEPS AND NOISE FROM THE UPSTAIRS UNIT LIKELY TO BE HEARD. So, if you are sensitive to sounds please take this under consideration.
