It has 3 floors with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a large roof terrace. The downstairs terrace is covered and has an awning and the sun comes from South West. The house also has a large communal swimming pool with 4 showers and toilets. The urbanization is closed for a safe feeling, children can play outside without danger. Several supermarkets nearby, can be done on foot. Also bus stops for a day trip to Marbella, Torremolinos or Málaga. Only 30 minutes from the airport. Guest access You can park your car in the street or the streets nearby, there is always a space available. There is also a bus stop within walking distance to Marbella or Málaga (via Fuengirola, Benalmadena and Torremolinos). Other things to note The house has been renovated (2021 and 2024), has been completely repainted and has new beds, new windows, sliding doors with mosquito nets and shutters. There are new air conditioners (cold and hot) a sofa bed and modern furniture. A new fridge and washing machine. Nice and fresh and spacious for a wonderful holiday.
