New Studio Unit at Avida Cebu IT Park (w/ Wi-Fi)

My place is located inside Cebu’s IT Park, which is one of the best locations to stay in Cebu City. Just across is Ayala Central Bloc Mall and Sugbo Mercado(food park) This unit has a renovated and nicely made toilet and bath room (with bidet) for guest’s comfort . The unit has a sky cable fiber internet 20mbps. Tv has netflix and youtube premium,a comfortable queen sized matress and a sofa bed (for the 3rd person) Relax in our pool on the 1F and use our jogging path also located on the 1F. Guest access Guests can access the pool and jogging path located on the 1F. Pool is open from tuesdays-sundays 6Am-10 PM.
