Seaford Studio - A bright and airy farm studio

Seaford Studio is a bright and airy place for 2 guests to relax and enjoy their stay in rural Worcestershire. The Studio features a wonderful main window letting in lots of natural light during the day with high ceilings and original oak beams still on show. The kitchenette features a microwave, induction hob, sink and combination microwave/oven, and the shower room is just off the main room. The space A large solar array and ground source heat pumps provide much of your power and all of your heat for your stay, all generated from renewable sources right here at the farm. A washer and dryer are provided in a utility room just around the corner (20m away), free to use during daylight hours. We can always open it up for those in need outside of these hours! We are also happy to now offer high speed (75mb) broadband, perfect for Netflix, video chat, gaming or work. EV charging is available via a Zappi with a Type 2 cable. Please note that owing to the floor to ceiling windows, this property is not suitable for children under 12 years old. Guest access You have full and sole access to The Studio which is upstairs. Just around the corner from The Studio is the laundry room which you will share access with our other 2 holiday cottages.
