If you feel tempted for an outing, world renowned wine farms, restaurants, beaches and even Cape Town is a short drive away. The space Mont Fleur is located on the edge of a nature reserve. It is truly a home from home. You will be welcomed on arrival by a spacious foyer area. It is filled with lots of light and there are French doors leading onto the grass deck outside. Also leading off the foyer is the living and dining room. It is a warm comfortable area that is divided up by a beautiful double sided fireplace. There is a full equipped kitchen with 3 fridges, 2 ovens and large gas stove. Plenty of space to cook up a storm for family and friends. The large patio overlooking the lawn and valley below is a great spot to enjoy your meals outside. Leading off from the foyer, there is a large meeting room or space. It has floor to ceiling windows looking down the valley and 3 French doors leading out onto the lawn. It is a great venue for working if need be, doing presentations or even doing your morning yoga. Downstairs, you will find a games room with tv, darts, snooker & pool. There are also two guest loos. There are 20 ensuite bedrooms leading out onto the lawn area. Each bedroom has full bathrooms, double beds with percale linen and large working spaces. At the back of each room, we have enormous windows to capture the views of the mountains. Moving outdoors, there is a volley ball net you can put up on the deck, a swimming pool and sauna, braai area and beautiful hikes up the mountains. Guest access The whole venue is for your exclusive use. Other things to note This is a secluded venue is a beautiful quiet area. It is a wonderful place for families to gather and have some time out but is not suitable for any parties or loud gatherings. Please treat it like your own home and respect the neighbours on the surrounding farms. Thank you
