In order not to increase the base rate, we think it's natural to return the apartment in the same condition as when you found it. - We therefore kindly ask you to check the following points before departure: + Place used sheets and towels in a bag at the foot of the bed + Throw your garbage in the building's courtyard when you leave + Clean your dishes before leaving the apartment. + A quick wipe and sweep if you think it's necessary to do so, so that we can find the apartment in the same condition as when we entrusted it to you. Security Deposit Please note that there is a deposit of 200 euro automatically processed by Airbnb before check-in.
