Land's End Retreat

Inviting urban retreat at the edge of the city overlooking the ocean. Private room and bathroom with separate entrance, comfortable & quiet, with artistic accents. Incredible location steps away from the Land’s End trailhead, up the hill from Ocean Beach, a few blocks away from Golden Gate Park and around the corner from public transportation. Restaurants, cafés and groceries are a short walk away. Street parking available; no parking meters or required permits. You can hear the waves at night. The space The space is quiet and kept very clean. Kitchenette area includes refrigerator, toaster, microwave, electric kettle, coffee making supplies, plates, bowls, glasses, utensils and more. Coffee/tea/snacks/fruit provided. Let us know if there's anything you need! Bed: 1 king size bed, pillows, sheets, comforter Bathroom: Full bath with shower. Towels and basics (soap, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer etc) provided. Comfy armchair and ottoman for reading or relaxing after San Francisco day tripping. Large table and chairs, work desk, dresser, clothing rack. Extra blankets and picnic basket/cooler for local outdoor excursions. Plenty of materials about San Francisco plus books, games. Guest access Access to room/deck through working artist's studio. Questions welcome :) During your stay We are happy to answer any questions you have about your stay. Please let us know if you need anything to make you feel more comfortable. The guest entrance, room and bathroom is separate; host lives on upper floor. Other things to note No smoking, vaporizers, e-cigarettes or vape pens permitted inside the room or bathroom (deck ok). Dogs permitted on a case by case basis! Quiet time is 11 PM - 6 AM. There's normally easy street parking available. Please curb wheels on hills and take care not to block neighbors' driveways. Signs are posted for street cleaning days...
