Guest suite in Northiam

Come and stay in this garden paradise on the edge of a pretty East Sussex village, with fantastic food (breakfast included) and lovely scenery. Sleeps 2-4. We're in the same village as Great Dixter, and 20 mins from Sissinghurst, Pashley Manor and Batemans. It's 15 mins to the hilltop town of Rye, and 20 mins to Camber Sands and Winchelsea beaches too - both wonderful places for a stroll, especially as the sun is setting. There are fabulous walks right from our door, too. The space The Garden Suite is separated from the main house, with its own private access - so it's all yours to enjoy while you're here. It has a lovely master bedroom with direct access to the pretty garden, and a bathroom with bath and shower. There's a sitting room with a dining area too, with a single bed (and also a very comfortable fold-up bed that can be used to sleep extra members of your party if needed). Luxury bedding and towels are provided in the Suite. In the gorgeous, tranquil garden there are seats positioned so you can follow the sun or stay in the shade. When the weather's good, breakfast (included in the price) can be served outdoors on your private deck or in the summerhouse. Guest access There's parking at the front of the house, and so many great things to do within walking distance or within an easy drive Other things to note We offer plenty of choice for breakfast (which is included in the price), and most ingredients come from in and around the village. You'll be greeted with homemade cake on arrival, and the Suite has tea and coffee-making facilities. Fresh, local milk and bottled water is provided in the mini fridge. If you're coming here to work, we have a good WiFi connection (provided free of charge) and the dining area makes a perfect working area. The Garden Suite makes a fabulous writer's retreat - come on your own and enjoy working in the peace and quiet, or come with a friend so one of you can work in the Suite's living room, while the other works in the summerhouse. (Tea and cake provided at regular intervals to keep the inspiration coming!)
