Relax and enjoy a convenient, accessible stay. The space The apartment offers a comfortable and practical space designed for a relaxed stay. It features two queen beds, a private bathroom and a fully equipped private kitchen for preparing meals during your stay. The living area provides a cosy place to unwind, with everything you need for a short getaway or longer visit. The apartment is entirely private, with only the laundry facilities shared with other guests. Guest access Guests have private access to their entire apartment, including their own kitchen and bathroom. Free on-site parking is available for added convenience. Guests also have access to the communal laundry facilities shared between the apartments. A pub is located right next door, making it easy to enjoy a meal or drink without having to travel far. Other things to note Please be mindful that Newington Apartments is a shared complex with six individual apartments. We ask guests to keep noise to a minimum, particularly during the evening and early morning, out of respect for neighbouring guests. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartments.
