Large park with tall trees The space Villa degli Scoiattoli is a large 300-square-meter country house located in a beautiful position on the rolling hills of the Marche region, just 9 km from the Adriatic Sea. The beautiful sandy beaches of Porto Sant'Elpidio and Civitanova Marche are about a 15-minute drive away. The villa is well-equipped and tastefully furnished. Guests are welcomed in a portion of a detached villa. The owners reserve the right to stay in an absolutely independent adjacent apartment on the night of check-in and the night before check-out if necessary. The exterior of the house is very pleasant and includes a large square in front of the main entrance and a park of about one hectare with tall trees; it has a loggia with a large table to entertain yourself eating outdoors. In the garden there is a play castle, a wood-fired oven, a barbecue, a beautiful 6 x 12 m swimming pool with a pleasant shaded pergola. Nearby you can visit medieval abbey complexes (Abbey of Fiastra, Church of San Claudio al Chienti, the Basilica of Santa Maria a Piè di Chienti) the Castello della Rancia (20 km). Beautiful cities such as Macerata (25 km), Ancona (55 km), Fermo (25 km), Ascoli Piceno (90 km), Recanati, the city of Giacomo Leopardi and the Sanctuary of Loreto, dedicated to the Madonna (30 km) and other small, important and historic towns such as Torre di Palme with a breathtaking view, San Severino, Moresco, one of the most famous ancient villages in Italy. In many of these towns there are churches of great value and small restored historical theaters such as that of San Nicola degli Angeli in Montelupone, a real jewel recently restored. A place to visit is Monte Conero with its views and beautiful beaches to be reached on foot or by boat services from Numana or Sirolo. In the immediate vicinity of the Villa there are many outlets of the most important Italian fashion brands (Prada; Hogan; Tods; La Perla and many others). Guest access Guests will have access to all the rooms of the portion of the villa they have rented. Other things to note Within 15 km you can do many things that will brighten up your stay. Visit the Dino Bigioni outlet and a little culture with the evocative crypt of Sant'Ugo in Montegranaro. A look at the Museo Cinema a Pennello, it will be exciting to go to Santa Maria a Piè di Chienti in Montecosaro. Fermo with its beautiful Piazza del Popolo and the surprise of its underground cisterns. Enjoy the delicious ice cream from the Pelacani ice cream parlor. Don't miss the visit to the Duomo and the splendid theater of L'Aquila. Near Corridonia you can admire one of the most important architectural jewels of the Marche region with a visit to the Church of San Claudio al Chienti.
