Utting cozy double room in the basement

We rent a total of 2 rooms (separate entrance) in our newly built house in Utting. Between the two rooms is a shared coffee kitchen. Outside there is a small seating area in the garden … a 38C hot tub is available on request for a fee. An e-charging station is available to guests. The room has a large double bed, table and chairs. A bathroom with a large shower and window is integrated. The space Chic room with bathroom accessible via separate entrance.
