Chalet Palu - Superior Room

Chalet Palù is an exclusive location with breathtaking panoramic views that allows you to immerse yourself in an extraordinary vacation. 3km from the center of Brosso, reachable along a narrow, uphill mountain road. The Superior Chalet offers cozy wood and stone interiors reminiscent of an old mountain cabin. Several hiking trails start from the Chalet, as well as being convenient for paragliding and horseback riding. The space The Chalet Superior, with its rustic style, recalls the atmosphere of an ancient mountain cabin. About 80 square meters, it is spread over two levels. On the ground floor are the living area and dining area, with a kitchen equipped with 4 gas burners, small refrigerator, small oven and microwave oven, all heated by a pellet stove. On the first floor is the bedroom, equipped with a French bed, a single bed, and a bathroom with a shower. The double bed is located on a loft (150cm tall), connected to the master bedroom. Outside, guests can enjoy a dining area with a wood-fired barbecue and a private terrace with a heated outdoor hot tub (an additional fee of €60 is payable in advance for the duration of the stay) overlooking the panoramic view. Guest access - After sending the required documents, you will receive the information to reach Chalet Palù with your own car; to be followed carefully. - The property is located in the woods, and the road you will take to reach Chalet Palù is both paved and unpaved. However, the property can be reached by almost all types of cars, as long as they are not too low or bulky. - At Chalet Palù, there is a free, dedicated, uncovered parking lot on the premises. - If you have a car that is too low or too long, we will have you park at the Pian degli Alemanni public parking lot/picnic area, located 450 m before the Chalets, and continue on foot. However, it is possible to arrive and unload your luggage. - If you want to reach Chalet Palù on foot, you can leave your car at the public parking lot/picnic area Pian degli Alemanni - In case of snow, you can only reach the chalet on foot, with a walk that can vary from 1 km to 1.8 km depending on the amount of snow, road cleaning and therefore where you can leave the car. From 20 to 30 minutes on foot, maximum elevation gain 130 m - CHECK THE WEATHER IN ADVANCE and bring comfortable shoes and bags/backpacks in case of snow. - THERE IS NO SHUTTLE SERVICE - Self check-in from 3:00 p.m. - IT IS HIGHLY DISADVISED to arrive at Chalet Palù after sunset due to the lack of street lighting. Other things to note Yes, remember that in winter in case of snow Chalet Palù can only be reached on foot. It is recommended to shop before going up to Chalet Palu being in a secluded place, the first supermarket is 20 minutes away. The outdoor hot tub, for the exclusive use of those who book the Standard Chalet, has an additional cost of €60 (one-off for the duration of the stay) The only pets allowed are dogs, there is a single daily surcharge of €10. Cats are not allowed A few days before check-in, you will be asked for the IDs of all guests for registration. We have 2 barbecues, one wood-fired with stone and the other charcoal-fired with grill. For the wood-fired barbecue, we provide the wood needed to start a fire. If you want to use more wood, it is your responsibility to procure it. For the charcoal barbecue, if notified in time we provide a bag of charcoal for €7, otherwise it is not provided. The charcoal barbecue is not to be moved from its location for any reason.
