70 m2 apartment in a quiet 4-story residence, located in the Jeanne d'Arc district (Rennes northeast). In the bedroom you will find a double bed. The kitchen, living room, bathroom and toilet are shared rooms with myself. I would also like to point out that I have two cats who are very calm and only stay in the common area. Nearby you will find a nice park, buses that will take you directly to the city center. And shops are just around the corner.
