Casa di Ale features two bedrooms, a living/dining room, a kitchen, and a bathroom. The house has been recently renovated and is furnished with modern, functional furniture. All rooms are air-conditioned, providing a comfortable stay all year round. The house is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, microwave, oven, and induction cooktop. It is very comfortable for 4 people, but can accommodate up to 5 thanks to a convenient double sofa bed in the living room. At Casa di Ale, children are more than welcome! I provide a travel crib, high chair, baby bathtub (placed inside the shower), and a small blender for preparing baby food — so even the little ones will feel right at home. For remote workers, a fast and stable Wi-Fi connection is available, perfect for video calls, smart working, and streaming. La Casa di Ale is perfect for families with children and babies, groups of friends, large families, and those who need to work remotely. It offers fast Wi-Fi, cozy spaces, and is located in a quiet, charming neighborhood. Guest access I recommend getting around on foot, by car sharing, or by bus. The house is located in a limited traffic zone (ZTL) with traffic restrictions from 3:30 PM to 5:00 PM and from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM. During permitted hours, you can enter by car, but parking is not allowed. There is a parking option nearby (about 500–600 meters away) at the Apcoa parking lot on Viale Regina Elena.
