Welcome to our spacious mountain house surrounded by nature, a relaxing retreat with a beautiful view of the Alps. Stay info: Up to 9 guests: Breakfast included. Groups (10–16 guests): Breakfast and exclusive use of the tavern with equipped kitchen, perfect for dinners in total privacy. Priority is given to large groups who want to stay together. The space The house offers 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, ideal for hosting groups of friends or families looking for space, comfort, and privacy. One of the highlights is our downstairs lounge with a kitchen, a cozy space perfect for shared dinners, social gatherings, and evenings with friends. To ensure exclusive use of the entire property and common areas, the booking is for a minimum of 10 people. The house is built using natural and eco-friendly materials. We provide everything needed to reduce plastic use, including a still and sparkling water dispenser and a fully equipped kitchen. We live in a separate area of the house and are always available for any needs, while fully respecting your privacy. Guest access Guests have access to a fully equipped kitchen with a spacious living area, ideal for relaxing and spending time together. Comfortable rooms and separate bathrooms are available. For leisure time, the house offers a games room with a pool table, table tennis, and air hockey. Outside, a garden equipped with seating and sun loungers is perfect for enjoying the sun and the tranquility of nature. Other things to note A few kilometers away, there is a small ski slope with a ski lift, perfect for beginners and families with children. The area is ideal for mountain hiking, with numerous scenic trails. Mountain bike trails are also available, and bike rentals can be arranged at the property.
