Cozy wooden house

Our house is part of a participatory housing project, which brings together 5 families in search of an ecological and supportive habitat. Located in the heart of the village of Pruillé-le-Chétif, 10 minutes from Le Mans train station, the house overlooks the village and its church, and borders a forest, which brings calm and serenity, the benefits of which we enjoy on a daily basis. The space Bright, simple and comfortable, we thought of our house as a pleasant place to live where wood and light and warm hues dominate. Our house opens onto a first terrace and a garden area protected from view to the south, which is reserved for you. In the background, two spaces called "Agora" by the inhabitants of our Pré, can be occupied by our neighbors. Our house also offers a second terrace to the west, which is private, where you can enjoy meals on sunny days. It is thus close to the largest "Agora" which is a space shared with the inhabitants of Le Pré. Tables and chairs, creating small resting areas, are at your disposal, as well as a ping-pong table and a trampoline below this Agora for children (under parental responsibility). A parking space is assigned to you near the house to the north. Other so-called "visitor" parking spaces are available at the entrance, about 100 m from the house. On the ground floor, the living space with living room, dining area and kitchen opens wide onto the landscape and the various terraces. We invite you, like us, to respect the tranquility of the place and its inhabitants. Parties and lively evenings are not allowed, nor are pets. Also on the ground floor, an isolated night area offers a bedroom, with an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and a separate toilet. A laundry room with washer and dryer can be made available to you. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with a single bed that can become a double bed and one with a single bed. Bathroom with shower and toilet is located at the end of the hallway serving the bedrooms. You will not have access to our dressing rooms (ground floor and upstairs), nor to the attic space that serves as our office. An outside shed, located between our house and the neighbors' house, serves as storage and will not be accessible. The house is equipped with Wi-Fi and many Ethernet sockets in the different rooms. The heating of the whole house is done with a pellet stove, which we will take care of programming if necessary. Linens (sheets, duvets, pillows, towels, dish towels) and essentials are at your disposal. In addition, we would be grateful if you could take off your shoes and leave them at the entrance. The house is "non-smoking", and we invite smokers to smoke outside. Guest access The house offers a pleasant living space. The terraces and a "private" garden area are at your disposal. You should know that shared spaces, beyond the private spaces, can be used by the inhabitants of Le Pré, around a space called "Agora" or below the house (trampoline for children and ping-pong table). A common henhouse to the north can offer you some fresh eggs some mornings! Other things to note A "catalogue" will be at your disposal listing the different activities, cultural places, character villages, hikes, bars and restaurants (Malicorne Pottery, Epau Abbey, Arche de la Nature, 24-hour circuit...) We'll be happy to tell you about our favorites!
