Deck, screened porch, gas grill, large backyard with a pond view, & outdoor shower provide great outside space. Linen fee: $125 includes all sheets and 12 sets of towels. The space Bedroom details: 5-bedroom, 3.5-bath home sleeps 12 with 2 first floor bedrooms with attached full bathrooms and 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor. The main floor of the house offers the master bedroom with a king size bed and attached bath. The second downstairs bedroom has a full bed and a bathroom with a large shower. There is a half bath in the downstairs hallway. The second floor has 2 bedrooms and a full bath. The first bedroom has a queen-size bed. The second bedroom has 2 bunk beds. The third bedroom has a daybed with a twin bed and pull up trundle. Upstairs full bath has a tub/shower combination and vanity area with 2 sinks. For young children, there is a crib, bed railings, exersaucer and high chair. Other things to note A minimum stay of 7-days is required during the peak summer season, which starts mid-June, through July and August. Sheets and 12 sets of towels are delivered for a linen fee of $125. Extra bath, kitchen and beach towels are provided in the house and need to be washed and dried prior to departure. In the garage, you will find 6+ beach chairs, boogie boards, and sand toys for your use.
