In a quiet and green area south of Colmar, offering a peaceful countryside haven in the middle of the city, our charming house is the ideal place for a pleasant stay. Enjoy a beautiful terrace furnished with garden furniture and barbecue, as well as a beautiful wooded garden. The space Our house is fully fenced and located on a large lot. It has a beautiful landscaped garden with lawn, as well as parking for one or two cars. The garden includes a covered terrace with barbecue, a covered dining area and a seating area with deckchairs. Summer mornings and evenings are particularly pleasant. The house is spacious and bright, with two floors, two bedrooms and two beautiful bathrooms Please note that the main entrance is via steps. The ground floor includes a dining room, a beautiful living room with a large sofa and a large screen TV, a kitchen with a central island, a separate office and a bathroom with washing machine. The first floor (upper floor) includes a master suite with bath, walk-in shower and toilet, as well as a second bedroom with shower, sink and toilet. IMPORTANT: Accommodation not accessible for people with disabilities During the months of July and August, a minimum stay of 5 nights is required for 2 people, and 3 nights for 4 people. Our house is located close to all amenities, a 5-minute drive from downtown and a 15-minute walk.
