Place by the beach

Lovely little Victorian flat really close to Westbrook bay and only 15 minutes from Dreamland. Perfect for watching the sunset on the beach before heading into the old town for dinner. The space The flat is ground floor with a shared garden accessed from the kitchen. It has a communal entrance which is shared with 2 other flats. The whole flat has been newly renovated with new kitchen and bathroom. It has 1 bedroom with a king size bed, a living room with dining table and king size sofa bed, a bathroom with walk in shower and kitchen at the back which opens up to the shared garden. The flat has beach chairs, wind break and umbrella which you are welcome to use as the beach is only a 30 second walk away. The kitchen has a microwave, oven, toaster, kettle, washing machine and Nespresso machine. Please be careful to not put hot pans directly on the stone counter tops as that may cause them to crack. I am to provide tea, coffee and cooking basics however I’m not always able to replace in between guests. There is a travel cot, baby bath and high chair available, please let me know if you’ll need these so I can make sure they are left out for you. Please also let me know at least 7 days in advance of your stay if you will need the sofa bed bedding left out, I don’t make up the sofa bed so you can still use the sofa during the day. If you have any special requests let me know and I’ll see what I can do to facilitate. Other things to note Well behaved dogs are welcome, no more than 2 dogs per stay and please don’t leave unattended. If your dog malts please don’t allow on the furniture and sweep up any fur as much as possible. Sometimes the neighbours leave food out in the garden for the seagulls, it’s worth checking if there’s anything out before letting any dogs out. No cats or other pets allowed.
