HISTORICAL BUILDING Great place for families and sailors. It is located in the very heart of the old town in the ancient Episcopal Palace that finds its origin in the XIIth. The apartment offers all sorts of items and comfort in order to spend more than pleasant vacation with friends and family: guests will enjoy very original glimpses of the old town and will appreciate great panoramic views on the beautiful sorroundings. Close to all monuments, the lake, the beach and all restaurants. The space The house has been totally renovated in 2016. The apartment is located at the second level and there is a private lift to reach it. The house offers a bright double exposure, a view on the Piazza Marocco one side and a view on the ancient gardens on the opposite side. Up to 6 people can easily be located, including children: there is a wide living room, the sofa turns in to an extra double bed on demand, a fully equipped kitchen and a wide dining room; one master bedroom with queen size bed and en suite bathroom, one double bedroom located next to the second bathroom and another double bedroom with a large balcony that faces the ancient gardens. We highlight to our guests that the same apartment is available also for 4 people at the following listing: Hous and Comfort in the medioeval gardens. Two small beds for children are available on demand. There is a room for bikes parking at the ground floor of the Palace. A car park in the close sorroundings is available on demand. This is a residential building, so we ask our guests to respect the Italian way. No loud noise during siesta 12:30 to 14:30, or after 23:00. My family and I as travelers have had the privilege of staying in others homes. We always leave our hosts home in better condition than we find them in and treat their home as an extension of our own. We ask that you extend the same courtesy.
