Charming old cottage situated on a quiet, private drive. Quaint & comfortable, amenities include underfloor heating and a wood-burner. There are two downstairs bedrooms. A Pub, Restaurant and golf course lie within easy walking distance. The seaside town of Benllech and its beautiful beaches are 2 miles away. A relaxing home and convenient base for exploring scenic Anglesey and Snowdonia National Park just 30 mins drive away. The space Our cottage is over 100 years old, sympathetically refurbished while boasting some modern conveniences. The living room has a Smart TV, DVD player, underfloor heating and woodburner for cosy nights by the fire. The kitchen diner is well equipped and has underfloor heating, a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, washing machine, microwave and cooker with overhead extractor fan. There is a tri-fold door leading into the garden. The bath/shower room has underfloor heating and a heated towel rail, the mixer shower is heated by the oil-fired boiler. There is also a douche spray (shataf). There is a second separate toilet with wash hand basin. Bedroom 1 has a double bed. Bedroom 2 has a zip-link bed which can be a King double or Twin 2ft 6 single beds. The cottage garden is fully enclosed and gets sun all day, it has a large lawned area and two patios with a picnic bench and further bistro table. The oil fired boiler heats the hot water and central heating system. Guest access Basic rate based on 2 persons sharing one room, additional fee of £10 pp/pn for bookings over 2 guests calculated automatically when entering guest numbers. There is a £10 p/n surcharge for 2 persons requiring a 2nd room this can be requested on the initial booking message. Minimum charge £30. 2 persons sharing can choose which bedroom they require, excess bedroom will be locked. All other spaces and whole garden fully accessible. Private parking space comfortably fits 3 cars. Other things to note There is an additional charge of £10 per pet payable in cash on check out. This is not included in the booking fee. Welcome basket of logs provided any further baskets £5 also payable in cash at check out. We do not have an Electric Vehicle charging point & EV charging is not included in the booking fee. Guests wishing to charge their EV using a 'granny cable' must kindly ask permission first. The cottage's current electricity tariff rate p/kWh can then be clarified and all extra EV kWh payable before check out. There are several public charging points in the nearby town of Llangefni 5 miles from the property.
