House F4 – 10 min from Grenoble

Noyarey is a French commune located in the Isère department. The town is located northwest of Grenoble (10 min). Noyarey is close to the Autrans-Méaudre en Vercors resort (30 min). This resort is the French capital of Nordic skiing with its 200 km of slopes (35 slopes). There are also trails reserved for sled dogs, Nordic hiking, groomed hiking trails for walking or snowshoeing and even a 4-season rail sled! The space The house is composed of an equipped kitchen open to a large living room of 40 m², two bathrooms (a shower on the ground floor, and a bathtub upstairs accessible only in shower mode due to the abuses already encountered) and three beautiful bedrooms upstairs.
