Oasis, Charming Studio & Pool, Large Garden

Charming new accommodation for 2 people including all the comforts necessary for a pleasant stay, outdoor space with terrace, garden furniture, parking space next to the studio, in the enclosed grounds. 15 minutes from the city of Carcassonne and 1 hour from Narbonne Beach, Cathar country under the Mediterranean sun. Castles, abbeys, Canal du Midi, vineyards and terroir, lakes, hiking trails, Mont Alaric and the ruins of Château Miramont promise you pleasant moments! The space The 20m2 studio with wifi, is composed of a kitchen with fridge /freezer, including ceramic hob, oven, microwave. Available: Senseo coffee maker with coffee, kettle and tea, toaster and dispenser with paper towels. raclette set, pots, kitchen and crockery. You have a small kit to embellish a festive or friendly event: small dish and serving plate for aperitivo, wine glass, water and champagne, champagne seal, table insulated for wine. ( Ice cubes available anytime and free of charge upon request ) Vase, carafes, bread basket. A corner with shower, bath towels, shower gel and shampoo available. Sink, disposable soap dispenser and hand towel, hair dryer. a living/sleeping area equipped with a sofa bed and flat screen TV and a mini radio and CD stereo. Linen provided: mattress protector cover, fitted sheet, flat sheets, duvet cover or duvet with cover, light summer blanket; right in front of the studio you have a terrace with a table and chairs for breakfasts on the terrace or near the pool, lunch and dinner and with a garden furniture to contemplate the stars with views of the Alaric mountain and the ruins of the Châteaux Miramont, the cliff rock in the footsteps of Roland; (photos will guide you on the site of the ruins of the Miramont castles, the top view of the rock offers a breathtaking feeling, super pleasant to feel and to see with the possibility of authentic photos and selfie... (attention, unsecured and unsafe site). a reconstructed stone garden table and bench is at your disposal in the garden under the umbrella pine, with two sun loungers. The pool is open from early May to end of September. You can access it as you like, there is no schedule to follow. this is shared at discretion. We promote the ease and comfort of the guest tenants. You have pool towels on the shelf above the fridge, sun loungers and other furniture that you can move as you like in the garden and around the pool. You have the barbecue all year in front of the open bar, with lighting in case of late grilling! (Cagettes and fire lighters, bbq utensils available all year round, charcoal available from October to the end of June, for the summer season plan this one). Ability to provide you with troubleshooting if you need vine wood. Access to games, foosball, elliptical bikes, chess or play of Ladies at late hours with discretion. Petanque court with lighting, play balls, cochonnet, meter, half circle and dot board are at your disposal, every day until 10pm. It is also used for the parking of the guest tenants, collector's vehicle, motorcycles or others safely inside the property and is located just behind the studio. it is possible to park a moving truck with other vehicles, other parking inside possible with maneuvering space. You also have an open bar with table and chair, a small fridge and an additional freezer in addition to that of the studio if needed for long stays. The open bar allows you to have an extra comfort space to take your meals outdoors in case of high heat or looking for a shaded area protected from bad weather. For smokers, it is requested not to smoke in the studio, it is possible to smoke in all outdoor areas, ashtrays are at your disposal. I remain available for any information if needed, before, during, or after your stay. We look forward to welcoming you! Guest access The property is accessed through a motorized gate with remote control and a keypad at the gate. Self check-in every day from 5 p.m. and flexible for arrivals during the night, key and remote control collection: send the gate code before you check in. if possible, fill in the estimated approximate arrival time, you can then change it as you like. Check out no later than 11:00 AM. Welcome possible for the key exchange and gate remote control upon request. Automatic self check-in scheduled, after 8pm year-round. We remain reachable in case of need. After 8pm if you want to be welcomed, you can send us a message. A maneuvering area inside the fully enclosed property with automatic lighting to facilitate night arrivals. You can park your vehicle(s) there: car, truck, motorhome, vehicle with trailer, commercial, vintage car, motorcycle, safely inside and in direct proximity to the studio. ( opportunities to shelter bikes or others in the open bar). Please let me know if you need any further information. Other things to note FOR INFORMATION / NOTE The property is large and has unfinished spaces available or not, visible in photos in my listing or not visible, walls not plastered, others... Connection to charge an electric vehicle is not allowed unless necessary and after agreement. Thanks 🙂 (authorized and at your discretion for electric bike batteries) The Gite is quiet on a plot of land with various trees, olive trees, pine, spaces with flowery planters, with a studio and an authentic and captivating setting! Magical, pleasant and super enjoyable in the evening! Our house is located in front of the studio and we have wooden blinds on our terrace allowing for enhanced privacy, to leave an ease and appreciable comfort of well-being to the tenants, travelers and vacationers! 🌴🌞🌴😉 The land is fully fenced and very spacious, you can park your vehicle(s): car, truck, motorhome, vehicle with trailer, motorcycle, bicycles inside the property safely in direct proximity to the studio. Enjoy the calm, nature, not far from the city and its many activities. On site you can eat at the village restaurant Telle Mère Tel Fils, a 5-minute walk from the studio next to the village square.
