A great location beside Hutt St restaurant strip, easy access to city free bus, walking distance to city and use my bikes to get around on! Cosy, welcoming and a place to call home.... Includes unlimited wifi! *NOTE : The property used to be hosted & is now 100% sole use including either 1 or 2 queen bedrooms depending on total guest numbers. See note under ‘guest access’ for details on how to book the 2nd bedroom as this has additional charges to access. The space Freshly renovated and central to so many great things. Modern, quirky and homely - a perfect stop for travelers and great spot for professionals to call home instead of a motel room! It is very much a home and not a motel room - so you're welcome to relax and make it your home too while you're in the city! Quiet area yet so convenient. Approx 20min to airport. Guest access You will have access to lounge, the guest room/s with a queen beds*, the full kitchen and bathroom. You are welcome to use my 2 bikes (with helmets and lock, BYO bike lights), and the pantry on as 'replace as we all use' type of basis and anything else in our communal areas - there's lots of things as it's set up like a home. There is free unlimited wifi with excellent signal in communal areas and guest rooms. *NOTE - a booking for 2 persons will provide access to Bedroom 1 only (1 x queen bed). To get access to Bedroom 2 you will need to book as 3 or 4 guests depending on the number of people staying. Other things to note Car parking is on street but there are lots close by and most the time within 20 meters of the house. It's where I used to park too!
