Easy commute by bus to Politecnico, Lingotto United Nations Campus (UNICRI) and INRIM, Veterinary University of Turin, University for Agricultural Science. The bus stops are very close to the flat The space The apartment is located on the 8th floor and it is very bright and spacious, It has an eat in kitchen, two full bathrooms, two large bedrooms with balconies. One balcony has a sun room. In each room there are two beds and a desk. Double entrance for privacy, elevator, private large garden. The apartement offers a fully equipped kitchen with all conforts, washing machine, dishwasher, ironing board and iron, microwave oven, vacuum cleaner, TV are available. Plenty of storage space (wardrobes and drawers). Monthly rent is 640 euro. Only during winter months (October to April) you must pay extra for heating and warm water, if you stay for longer period of time . If you stay for a month you must pay extra for electricity and gas. Guest access INTERNET CONNECTION IS AVAILABLE. Other things to note My flat will appeal to tourists, couples, students and to anyone who would like to stay in Turin as tourist or for work or to study. We also can provide you a bike if you love bike riding. I do not allow pets in my apartment. Sorry it not up to me, but these are the house rules. NO SMOKERS PLEASE !!!
