Our Guest House is located in a quiet neighborhood with lush landscaping. Private Entrance, Full Kitchen w/ Washer/ Dryer, California King Bed, Walk in Shower Etc. Etc.! You are welcome to enjoy our beautiful backyard and pool (non heated). We even have an outdoor shower! Centrally located in the heart of Scottsdale close to all events, golf, shopping, art, culture and restaurants. Our rental is great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Come and enjoy paradise! The space Private acre. Private patio and entry to guest house. Direct access to pool, outdoor seating and an outdoor shower. Outdoor cabana bed when you need a nap or just want to kick back and read a book. Kitchen includes coffee maker, microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator, double bowl stainless steel sink, all type of kitchen utensils. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit. There is a California King bed to sleep 2 comfortably. a sitting area with 2 comfy chairs. The bathroom has a large walk in marble shower, vanity with sink, commode, and large closet. Centrally located, easy access to freeways, many golf courses, excellent restaurants and shopping including Kierland Commons, Scottsdale Quarter, Fashion Square, Biltmore. Close to Scottsdale/Phoenix events such as Spring Training, Phoenix Open, Barrett Jackson/ Good Guys car shows, Arabian Horse Show, Casinos, Movies theaters, Frank Lloyd Wrights Taliesin west, Mayo Clinic/Hospital, Fountain Hills & fountain. Guest access Private access....gated side yard. Other things to note Smoking allowed outside only away from the main house. No diving into pool. Pool is not heated.
