Includes tv, desk area, bar fridge with water & milk, Nespresso Machine & pods, coffee, tea, Luxury king bed & air-conditioning. The space Hotel features Day Spa, activities desk, arcade & function rooms. The newly opened Cali Beach Club Gold Coast is right next door. Enjoy!! There’s a Bar on the 2nd floor along with an awesome restaurant and alfresco outdoor area. No more than a few minutes walk to our favourite restaurants - Elstons, Greek on Soul & BarItalia. Early check-in is usually available. Just sent us a message and will let you know. Guest access Space consists of private bathroom, private balcony and studio. Access to most hotel facilities included. Other things to note The apartment is NOT serviced daily. If you require additional towels or cleaning, an additional call out and cleaning fee will be incurred. Coffee, Tea, Towels and soap provided. We do NOT have Wi-Fi however it’s available in the foyer or across the road at the Chevron shopping centre. PARKING: * Approximately 100m diagonally across the road from the hotel is the council Cypress Gardens Car Park off Cypress Ave - approx $5-6/12hours. (You can download the EasyPark app and pay using your mobile device. ) That’s what we do and it’s really easy! * Parking is available in the Piazza on the Boulevard CarE carpark. This is a public carpark next to the Hotel, accessible from View Avenue. For parking rates please visit their site. * There is also the option of street parking. Keep an eye on the signs so you don’t get fined! Lost keys will be charged at $65 each. A $150 call out fee will be charged if you lock yourself out of the room and need to be let back in as the hotel does not have access to our apartment so please keep your key with you at all times. Depending on our availability, you may not be able to get back into the apartment until one of us is available again, which could be the following day. IMPORTANT: As it’s on a high floor, please ensure children are ALWAYS supervised and door is locked. - No more than 3 guests at any time; - No Parties / Schoolies Parties; - No loud or unsocial behaviour; - No cooking & no microwave (we have a bar fridge & coffee / tea making facilities); - NO smoking inside or on balcony. Failure to comply with our house rules will result in you forfeiting your security deposit, paying for damages or fines etc and being asked to leave. Thanks for understanding!
