Fully renovated 1915 cottage in Napier south. Full of charm. Sunny bright back deck. 15 mins walk to centre of town. Freshly decorated. New carpets, and curtains. Large shower room with laundry cupboard. Suitable for up to four adults, ideal for two couples or as a romantic weekend for two. Napier is a Art Deco Mecca and you can enjoy wonderful wineries and dining in the Hawke’s bay sunshine. There are great walks and cycle tracks and a trip up Te Mata Peak is worth while. The space Cosy and bright. Only 15 mins walk to restaurants and bars. 5 mins walk to sea front and promenade. Sunny back deck with barbecue and seating area. There is a washing machine and dryer available to use and an unlimited wifi. There is also sky tv/sky sports and sky movies. Guest access Full access to house. And back deck and garden. Other things to note The house is fully cleaned for each guest. Cleaning fee charged between lets. Our cleaning is as advised by AirBnB for COVID 19. This means the check out and check in times are strictly adhered to unless approved in advance. Linen changes can be arranged weekly for guests staying longer than a week. All bath towels provided. No need to bring these yourself. You are welcome to use the tea, coffee, sugar and other dry items left in the house. There is Vodafone fibre wifi and Sky TV included which has free sky sports and movies, as well as most digital channels. And a Sony speaker for music with blue tooth connection for streaming music. The cottage is not set up for children. Whilst they will be safe, it’s more suitable for adults. It’s ideal for adults, either couples or singles. There is street parking only at the cottage. The driveway is narrow and not suitable for vehicles to be parked off road. It is not suitable for charging electric vehicles. If you have an electric vehicle, please do not try to charge it by extending a cable over to the car across the footpath as this will create a trip hazard for others.
