The spacious and open living area offers a stylish and cozy sleeper sofa with an upgraded queen memory foam mattress. Adjacent from the couch you will find an over-sized reading chair and an extensive flat screen TV on a swivel mount. complementary cable and WiFi added for your enjoyment! One flight up is the loft style master bedroom, overlooking the downstairs The bedroom, located on the second floor, indulges with a king sized bed, dark hardwood floors, walk in closet, and en-suite bathroom. The bathroom has white tile from floor to ceiling and a massive glass shower. We provide complementary coffee bar w/creams, sugars, and coffee, Universal cell phone charger, Alexa Dot's for music and personal assitant, spa robes, & spa sound machines in all sleeping areas, and area maps done by a local artist to help you naviagte Music City. We aim to please! But the best part? Retreat to the 3rd floor’s totally private rooftop deck. It's a great space to dine, celebrate, and no better way to end the night than will a toast under the Music City stars. THE LOCATION: You are never more than 10 blocks from all the famous hot spots downtown Nashville is well-known for. From the Country Music Hall of Fame, The Ryman Auditorium, Nissan Stadium, Bridgestone Arena, and the world-class Honky Tonky Row. Guest will have access to the entire condo and you will receive a welcome letter for guest check-in instructions with a key less code to access the unit. Check-in is 3PM Check-out is 10AM ARRIVAL AND PARKING: There is room for 1 vehicles in the garage and there is also on-street parking. Pull up in front of our building and unload your car. The garage parking is around back in the alley. Once you enter the condo grab the garage remote/parking pass on the kitchen counter and immediately go park your car in the garage (we only have 1 parking spot and it’s numbered by our address and unit number (1064 B).) Note: IMPORTANT -you can not street park M-F between 7am-9am, you will get ticketed. Also, the remote is only used to open the garage door. The door will automatically shut on it’s own.  ACCESS INSTRUCTIONS: Enter through the large floor­to­ceiling door from the sidewalk, which is equipped with our digital, key­less lock. Access to the sidewalk is available from the street or the parking lot behind the building. LOCK INSTRUCTIONS: At the front door, enter your unique code on our key-less lock. In the unlikely event that you can't access the condo, please call (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) and we will assist you. Departing:Make sure you leave ample time to check-out. You will need the remote to get out of the parking garage and will need to circle back to the front and drop of the garage remote on the kitchen counter. $75 dollar fee for missing remotes.
