The Surgery (a detached self contained bungalow).

This little private property is a converted dentist Surgery now turned into a cottage with its own secluded garden and private off road parking space, situated within walking distance to the Rose and Crown country pub, and only a short distance from local attractions such as Rye, Rye Harbour, Hastings and Camber Sands Beach. We are dog friendly too! The space This is a private property, lovely for a relaxing night or weekend away. There is a private entrance and is totally secluded. The property is located in one of the most quaint and beautiful areas of East Sussex, with gorgeous pubs at your door step. Locally there is also a bakery which serves delicious breakfasts, idyllic shops, tea rooms and costal walks, as well as so many other attractions. The property itself has its own lounge area, bathroom, bedroom, garden and some minor cooking facilities such as a microwave, tea and coffee machine (including kettle) toaster and small fridge. There is no kitchen, and would only recommend warming food up. We are very accommodating hosts and are here to help with whatever is needed. We wash up any crockery each day which we ask you leave covered outside in a basket and it’s returned that evening. Guest access This is a detached private building with its own secluded and totally secure garden and parking space. Other things to note This property is dog friendly and you have your own totally secure garden. We leave a little bottle of Prosecco and a beer for our guests in the fridge. I give a deep clean after each guest leaves and leave detox sprays and hand sanitiser in the property for your use. The property lies in one of the most beautiful areas of Great Britain. There are steam trains, museums, old fashion cinemas, restaurants, Pubs and so much more to explore ! However if you just fancy a rest and enjoy the surrounding scenery there is also two big televisions one in the bedroom and the other in the living room for you to relax and enjoy !
