Offering everything you could need for a comfortable stay. Pool area attached to house with good vision from living area. Large open plan lounge dining and modern kitchen. 65 inch smart tv with Netflix, Stan, Binge (Terrestrial TV can be cast from your smart phone). All spacious king bedrooms with luxury bedding and mattresses, fitted wardrobes with hangers . Bose sounds system. Outdoor ambient night time lighting. Fully equiped kitchen, 5 burner gas hob and oven, microwave, etc. Hi speed unlimited internet. Very spacious King Master suite has walk in closet and Ensuite with sliding door leading to outdoor stone bath/shower and pool access. 3 x king bed rooms with shared bathroom and toilet. Our property is Small Pet Friendly only on request and to be agreed upfront. Unfortunately our property isn't suitable for medium to large size dogs Guest access Sole use of house and fenced garden area. Other things to note Our pricing starts at a base rate for 2 people, we then charge $60 per extra guest upto 8 guests. please put in correct amount of guests to get correct pricing. We do this as we like to be affordable to couples, small groups/family's as well as larger groups. Some bedrooms/ bathroom maybe locked depending on amount of guests and bedding configuration required. Re our base rate is for 2 guests a couple sharing Master Bedroom with full ensuite, outdoor shower and bath. Private Pool, Living area, Powder room, Kitchen, Outdoor deck. Excess bedrooms and bathroom will be locked. Due to close nature of Pool and living/entertainment area. No glassware on site. Pool safe plastic drinking utensils provided. No drinking out of glass bottles in and around pool. No party policy. No illicit drugs Smoking permitted outdoors only. Noise levels of music lowered after 10pm please. No shoes to be worn in the house and children's toys such as Scates , cars etc not be used on the internal wooden floors. Strictly only paying guests allowed on site unless agreed upfront. We provide a high end BBQ for your enjoyment we ask all guests to clean after use. Failure to do so will incur a $100 fee. We do not charge a cleaning fee. However we do expect the cleanliness of the property inside and out to be maintained and kept clean throughout your stay. If the house is not left in a clean and tidy condition a $360 cleaning fee will be charged without exception. If you are planning on bringing a dog. Breed, Size will need to be discussed and agreed upfront before booking confirmation otherwise strictly no dogs/pets. NB We only accept small breed non shedding dogs under 12kg.(no cats) All dogs must be cleaned and well groomed before arrival. Tick and flea treated. and not to be left unattended at any time! Not allowed on any soft furnishings including beds. Pet hair if any build up needs to be managed using Dyson provided. Pets must be appropriately exercised off site daily. Please clean your dogs paws on entering deck/house as we are in a red mud area. If the garden is wet your pet must be exercised off site. re walked down country lane/taken to beach to avoid red mud transfer into property. $180 stay fee is charged per pet. If any excess cleaning or damage is created by your pet you will be liable and charged accordingly. Phone reception can vary in quality depending on your provider.
