In front of the house is a menswear shop named Kingsman and all guests will use this way to access in/out of the building. The shop is also our business, so there is no problem with getting in/out through it. After 10:30 PM, this shop is closed and there is a night doorman who is in charge of opening/closing the gate for guests who come home late (no matter what time it is). There is a lift inside to go up and down more easily with heavy luggage. There are also stairs next to the lift for emergency using. Laundry area and parking are on the ground floor and at the back of the house. Guests are staying here could use them for free. The studio is around 30sqm and is fully-equipped with basic amenities. Guests will have: ❁BEDROOM: - A comfy mattress with 2 pillows and a blanket - A big closet opposite to the bed for storing and hanging clothes ❁ BATHROOM: - Totally private and spotless - Water pressure are super - Hot water are available - 2 towels are provided ❁ KITCHEN: - Basic amenities are provided - Modern stove and cabinet - 2 chairs with a desk for working and dining next to the windows ❁ LIVING ROOM: - A sofa bed for watching TV - TV is hanged on the wall opposite to the sofa bed ❁ BALCONY: - A tiny balcony for getting natural sunlight or for smokers Guest access All guests can access the house, but after 09:30PM the main entrance is closed, just ring the bell on the left and the shutter will be opened by the night doorman. Other things to note - NO SMOKING IN THE ROOM - NO PETS - NO PARTIES - NO DRUGS - NO PROSTITUTES - NO LOUD NOISE AFTER 10PM *Guests will be asked to leave the house immediately and will be charged $200, if they violate any of the above.
